Otávio Raupp is a trainee lawyer at FiO Legal, having completed his law degree at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, where he is currently studying for a Masters in Law Applied to Technology (Law & Tech). With a strong background in immigration, Otávio now supports our Litigation and Investment departments. He joined FiO as part of an innovative project, the Legal Skills Centre, where he discovered a new passion for technology, agile methodologies and process automation. Miguel is a paralegal at FiO Legal with a strong interest in Public International Law, European Union Law, Private International Law, and Administrative Law. Originally from Venezuela, he earned his law degree in his home country, where he practiced law for four years and remains duly registered with the local Bar Association. ​ He is currently pursuing a Master’s in International and European Law at the University of Coimbra, with a research focus on the free movement of persons within regional integration frameworks. ​ Miguel brings a broad and cosmopolitan perspective to his work, with a particular interest in transnational legal challenges, migration, and human rights.
